Patience Is About To Pay... 🟢 TRADE IDEAS & DISCORD: https://www.patreon.com/figuringoutmoney The market gapped way up to the upper daily implied move to start the week and then reversed all the way back to unchanged, and in this video we walk through why patience is about to pay in this environment as we sit in Bear Strong conditions below a declining ten day moving average on the Nasdaq composite and below the SPX gamma flip line in negative gamma with uncertainty stacked heading into the Fed press conference, Chair Warsh's first rate decision, and the largest earnings week of the season with Microsoft, Meta, Apple and Amazon all reporting. We break down today's tape where consumer staples led on a risk off tilt, tech and semiconductors got hit as NVDA and AMD dragged the S&P 500, energy took a big shot as crude oil broke down monstrously back through its trend and tagged its lower weekly implied move on day one of the week, and how oil weakness typically supports bonds even though yields are still holding elevated. We cover the range framework with the SPX put wall at seventy three hundred just over a hundred points below and the call wall at seventy six hundred as the ceiling, why the longer we stay under the gamma flip line the wider the door opens for volatility, and why adding exposure in a bear strong environment is like speeding up in a storm. We walk through NVDA cracking under its earnings expected move and doodling around its lower weekly implied move already on day one showing the market pricing in the full weekly risk immediately, back month versus front month volatility not giving a clear signal yet, and how the SPY, QQQ, IWM and semis are all still below declining five day moving averages while DIA is the only one trying to turn back up. We cover the individual trade book with LEVI breaking out of a tight consolidation above the earnings candle up four percent with thirty percent trimmed on the one R execution rule, ELF pulled back and popped with thirty percent trimmed as it cleared one R and the stop moved to break even tracking a ten day moving average, AXON breaking out on strong volume with thirty percent trimmed ahead of earnings, and VSAT holding a consolidation after a news pop with a stop below the recent low. We also cover the fade side of the book with Oracle beaten down and set up for a potential bounce trade with smaller position sizing, and the framework of only stepping on the gas when conditions flip to Bull Strong with dealers, trend and price all aligned. We finish with the expected moves for Tuesday at seven forty four upper and seven thirty four lower one standard deviation on SPX, and the signal chart watch list with the Nasdaq advance decline line still under zero with both EMAs pointing down, the bullish percent charts not yet in oversold, back month versus front month volatility not yet under one point zero, the CBOE options equity put to call not yet above zero point seven five, and the total put to call ten day moving average not yet above one point zero, all of which need to align before patience actually pays. __________________________________________________________________________________________ 🔔 Subscribe now and never miss an update: https://www.youtube.com/c/figuringoutmoney?sub_confirmation=1 📧 For business inquiries or collaboration opportunities, please contact us at [email protected] 📈 Follow us on social media for more insights and updates: 🟢 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/figuringoutmoney 🟢 Twitter: https://twitter.com/marketmike ______________________________________________________________________________________________ DISCLAIMER: I am not a professional investment advisor, nor do I claim to be.
