Will $NOW Pump or Dump on Earnings? My Trade Plan 📊 $NOW dropped 18% on its last earnings print, which I thought was a complete overreaction. Going into this quarter I'm on the pump side of the debate, and here's why. What I think the market isn't pricing in: the recent acquisition is going to contribute in ways the current model doesn't capture, renewal rates have stayed strong quarter over quarter, the underlying growth rate is sustaining rather than decelerating, and Bill McDermott has publicly said AI revenue will beat expectations. Add all of that up and $NOW looks fundamentally mispriced at this level. My original swing trade thesis on this name was to buy in the $90-95 range and exit at $140 for a 40% gain over roughly 2 months. That trade still applies. If earnings comes through and the stock pumps, I let it run toward my exit and take profits. If it dumps 18% again on another overreaction, I'm adding to the position aggressively.
