The Last Time This Happened Bitcoin Exploded By 53% The same event that ran Bitcoin from 81K to 124K a year ago just happened again, and almost nobody connected it. Free training on how to position for it in link in bio. There are two bills that matter most for crypto. The GENIUS Act, which lets banks issue stablecoins, already passed. The CLARITY Act is the bigger one. It gives legal clarity to basically everything else in crypto, and in my opinion it's 5 to 10 times more important than GENIUS. Here's the pattern. When the GENIUS Act cleared committee about a year ago, Bitcoin went from 81,000 to 124,000. On May 14, the CLARITY Act cleared the same committee stage. It's now been placed on the Senate calendar, which means it's eligible for a vote but does not have a set date yet. Headlines are treating "on the calendar" like it already passed. It hasn't. If CLARITY mirrors GENIUS exactly, that's roughly a 122,000 Bitcoin move. If it's actually 5x more important like the structure suggests, the math points toward 290,000. These are predictions. They rarely play out exactly, and this takes time, not days. But here's the part that matters: the move tends to happen on the run-up, not the signing. The signature into law is historically the sell event, not the buy. So you don't want to be the person waiting for the headline that says "it's law" to finally act. Have a plan for both directions. That's the whole point. This is not financial advice
