The analysis is waiting for further confirmation on this third wave, as the bounce off of the August low, is a three wave move. A breakout above $3.40 is needed. If the price breaks below $2.74 the analysis would be invalidated. The speaker is looking for a move upwards towards $3.16 to $3.29, expecting a corrective balance and with that he may have more certainty on the structure. It needs to hold the August low. An upside break above $3.40 would provide more confidence.
