The analysis focuses on VETUSD. The current price is trying to form a low in the region after touching the lower boundary line of a wedge pattern. There has been a good reaction to the trendline and 78.6% retracement level at 2.1 cents. The next move to the upside is an ABC structure in wave 5 of C of 2. If the observed pattern turns into an expanding diagonal the fifth wave may unfold as ABC. If that's true it could push the price above 2.67 cents and eventually above the third wave high at 2.95 cents. Ideally there would be one more high so it can complete 5 waves up. The target is a C wave reaching the 100% extension at 3.5 cents. As long as pullbacks remain corrective, there is a case for higher prices. It must hold above the Saturday low.
